We process and ship orders from our warehouse Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email, please check your spam or junk mail folder before contacting customer support.
Order Processing Time
The standard order processing time is 1–3 business days.
For orders placed and successfully paid before 6:00 PM on a business day, processing time will begin on the same business day.
For orders placed after 6:00 PM on a business day, processing time will begin on the next business day.
For orders placed on weekends or public holidays, processing time will begin on the next available business day.
Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.
Transit Time
After an order has been shipped, the estimated transit time is approximately 6–10 days.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on factors such as carrier operations, weather conditions, customs procedures, regional delivery capacity, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Destinations
At this time, we only ship to addresses located within the United States and Germany.
Orders placed with shipping addresses outside these service areas cannot be fulfilled.
Shipping Fees
For orders with a total order value below USD $69.99, a shipping fee of USD $8.99 will apply.
For orders with a total order value of USD $69.99 or more, standard shipping is provided free of charge.
Shipping fees, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Order Tracking
Customers may track the status of their orders by visiting the “Track Order” page on our website and entering the required order information.
Tracking information may take some time to become available after the carrier has received and scanned the shipment.
If you experience difficulties accessing tracking information, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Changing the Shipping Address
If you need to change the shipping address for an order, please contact us by email within 24 hours of placing the order.
Requests submitted after this period may not be accommodated because the order may already be in processing or shipment preparation.
While we will make reasonable efforts to assist with address changes, we cannot guarantee that modifications will be possible once order processing has begun.
